The Australian Shakespeare Company

I’ve was the PR lead for The Australian Shakespeare Company from 2018 to 2023. I managed PR and publicity for the company’s productions, both indoor and outdoor, in Victoria and South Australia.
 
The ASC’s productions are a Melbourne must-do each summer, and a spectacular night out among the stars in one of the world’s most beautiful gardens. Its family theatre productions - including the renowned The Wind in the Willows - has been delighting audiences for 37 years and counting, and has cemented itself as a treasured childhood memory for thousands.

Over six years I secured close to one thousand unique stories showcasing the ASC’s productions, with coverage across TV, online, radio, print and trade news outlets.

I worked closely with producers, cast and crew to craft stories and interviews guaranteed to generate buzz for the productions, and ultimately, sell tickets.
