Thousands of push-ups and thousands of news stories to encourage Aussies to do something great for their physical and mental health.

Five people performing push-ups outdoors in a park during sunset, with a bridge and hill in the background.
Two people, a man and a woman, doing push-up exercises on a wooden dock next to a sea lion that is sitting between them. The background features colorful buildings and a partly cloudy sky.
Two men are outdoors, leaning towards each other, and holding hands in a friendly gesture. They are smiling and appear to be enjoying each other's company. One man has dark, messy hair and is wearing a black hoodie, while the other has brown, slightly wavy hair and a beard, wearing a white long-sleeve shirt. The background is cloudy sky and a grassy field.
Two men in winter clothing, one in black and the other in yellow, are posing in a snowy landscape with large ice formations in the background. One man is on his hands and knees, supporting the other man who is sitting on his back with one arm raised and smiling.
